Welcome to the electronic home of the Chequamegon Food Cooperative’s Board of Directors. We launched this site in September 2010 as part of an ongoing effort to expand the opportunities members have to participate in the cooperative process.

On this site, you can find copies of key cooperative documents, including legal documents like the bylaws and articles of incorporation; administrative documents like the policy register, agendas and meeting minutes.

We also encourage you to explore the forums hosted on this site. The forums provide a centralized location to engage in discussions about board-related issues outside of regularly scheduled meetings. Participating in forum discussions does require registering a user account through Weebly, the parent site of cfcboard.org.

Remember that, although we have introduced this new outlet, members continue to be free to contact individual board members with questions and comments about the organization.

We continue to be impressed with our passionate member-owners and the discussions and insights they bring to the table. Attendance at our monthly board meetings has been up of late, and interest from member-owners in the board process has never been higher. Our member-owners are the lifeblood of the organization, and dialogue between our committed base and the board plays a critical role in the continued vibrancy of our cooperative!
